Lesson 2
Lesson Goal: The children will learn that they should trust God to provide for their needs.
Bible Story: The story of God providing for the Israelites (Exodus 17:1-7)
Main Point: God Is My Provider; I Should Trust Him To Meet My Needs!
Bible Verse: “But don’t just listen to God’s word. You must do what it says. Otherwise, you are only fooling yourselves.” (James 1:22 NLT)
Lesson 3
Lesson Goal: The children will learn they should never give up doing what is right.
Bible Story: Nehemiah builds the wall (Nehemiah 2; 4; 6)
Main Point: God Is Righteous; I Should Keep Doing What Is Right!

Lesson 4
Lesson Goal: The children will learn that God gave us rules so we could have the best life possible.
Bible Story: The Ten Commandments (Exodus 19; 20:1-17)
Main Point: God Knows What Is Best For Me; I Should Follow His Rules!

Lesson 5
Lesson Goal: The children will learn that when God asks them to do something they should do it, knowing that anything is possible with God’s help.
Bible Story: Joshua and the Israelites cross the Jordan river (Joshua 3; 4)
Main Point: God Is My Helper; I Should Do What He Asks Me To Do!

Lesson 6
Lesson Goal: The children will learn that because God has given them everything, they should give back to Him.
Bible Story: Jacob’s dream (Genesis 28:10-22)
Main Point: God Is Generous; I Should Give Back To Him!

Lesson 7
Lesson Goal: The children will hear the Gospel Story and have an opportunity to respond.
Bible Story: Jesus’ life, death and resurrection (John 3:16; Matthew 28:1-6; John 20:26-31)
Main Point: God Loves Me; Jesus Invites Me To Follow Him!

Lesson 8
Lesson Goal: The children will learn that they need to be the kind of person God can depend on.
Bible Story: Jesus’ question and Peter’s answer (Matthew 16:13-19)
Main Point: God Is Dependable; He Should Be Able To Depend On Me!
